Thai Green Curry – Creamy & Spicy Dish from Thailand

📋 Ingredients:

  • 250g boneless chicken or tofu
  • 1 tablespoon green curry paste (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup coconut milk 🥥
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup green beans or peas
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish 🌿
  • Salt to taste
  • Cooked rice (for serving)

👨‍🍳 Steps to Make:

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add green curry paste and cook for 1 minute.
  2. Add chicken and cook until it turns white.
  3. Pour in coconut milk and water. Let it boil.
  4. Add vegetables, soy sauce, and a little salt.
  5. Cover and cook for 10–12 minutes until chicken and veggies are soft.
  6. Add fresh basil and mix. Serve hot with rice. 🍽️

✅ Use tofu instead of chicken for vegetarian version.
✅ Add more coconut milk if curry is too spicy.
